1. I will Jog for at least 45 minutes each morning during break. 2. I will eat foods with less cholesterol. Specifically I'll cut eggs out of my diet. 3. I will lift weights. I'll start with light weights and move myself up. 4. I will hike for 25 minutes during the afternoon. 5. I will stretch before each workout to prevent cramps. 6. I will eat specific foods to improve my mood and health. 7. I will learn how to swim by going to the public pool (during summer). 8. I will expose myself to new physical activities like dancing and martial arts. 9. I will burn my fat and turn it into muscle with cardio and weight lifting. 10. Instead of driving all the time, I will use a bicycle. 11. I will meet the physical requirements of my dream career. 12. I will go outside more to gain Vitamin D 13. I will drink more orange juice in the morning to boost my Vitamin C intake 14. I will avoid sugars such as ice-cream unless super stressed. 15. I will eat more fiber so my body can digest easier.
