1. I will get more sleep as it is essential to a better outlook on life. Specifically I will aim for at least 8 hours worth of sleep. 2. I will take more breaks, as its not good for my mental health to overwork myself. 3. I will eat better, as this could help me process information better and can lead me to avoid being "hangry". I will definitely stop skipping dinner. 4. I will go outside more as nature is proven to improve mental health, I hope to go to the park near my house to take a walk. 5. I will interact more with animals, specifically a new pet that my mom acquired. 6. I will do things that I actually love to do instead of doing things that suck the life out of me. 7. I will experience new things, like fishing, golfing and chess. 8. I will meet new people and expand my social space. I can achieve this by joining a club. 9. I will introduce meditation into my life as its also proved to clear the mind. 10. I will spend more time with family, as its very important. 11. I will start on assignments earlier so I can get them out of the way and have peace of mind. 12. I will listen to more music as its a proven stress killer. 13. I will create a gratitude journal to mark all the things I am grateful for. 14. I will begin to drink coffee in the morning as studies show it lowers rates of depression. 15. I will go off the grid for a couple days while on break, while technology is a good thing it can also be a bad thing in large doses.
